Je n'ai pas reçu ma commande ! je vous ai envoyé 3 e-mails pour connaitre le statut d'expédition car rien n'est notifié sur le lien concernant le suivi du colis !
Je n'ai eu aucune réponse de votre part. Je vous ai transmis une photo du site de la poste italienne ou il est censé figuré le statut de l'expédition mais RIEN n'est indiqué.
Dans le dernier mail, je vous demande le remboursement de ma commande car Votre indifférence face à mes réclamations est inadmissible.

Urn037 is a very beautiful shade with a small Shimer. Gel-lacquer thick, jelly-shaped, does not flow.
